We strive to deliver products purchased from Splash India in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.  We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact.

• We ship your parcel within 24-48 hours of receiving confirmed payment through the applicable service as per your order.
• Shipping information would be mailed to you on your email, as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• We charge shipping as per the weight of the items. You may find some items on free shipping but on some items you would be charged shipping as per the weight of the item.

Holiday Shipping & Delays

Since we use shipping services of known and trusted shippers, there is very little chance of shipment getting delayed but some time it might get delayed due to higher than normal shipping volumes due to holidays or due to incomplete/incorrect address and as such we shall not be responsible for any delay.When placing your order, please be sure to supply us with accurate information and check the information carefully before submitting your order to prevent delays. Orders with an incorrect address or shipping payment will be held until the correct information or payment is received.
